So as you all know my mother and I have started doing small embroidery projects.. well we have gone crazy. This all started in July because we wanted a new sewing machine, but we couldn't just have a regular machine it needed to embroider as well. A couple weeks had gone by when my mom started posting our creations on her Facebook, PEOPLE WENT NUTS OVER THEM. Our order board is so full we have had to make a cut off date for guaranteed christmas delivery. To make us even crazier we bought a ten needle embroidery machine, bye bye one needle. Here are a couple more pictures (:

Crazy stockings
Yeah yeah I know exactly what you're thinking... A CHRISTMAS POST ALREADY?!
I'm sorry I just can't help it! My sister and her boyfriend moved all the way to California last August and I needed to give them something from home. I knew it had to be something thoughtful, and that was homemade. I eventually came up with the idea to make stockings for them. She's putting herself through grad school so she doesn't have a ton of extra spending money, so I wanted her to have something beautiful for Christmas.

How awesome are these? The best part is they can be made into any size you want, also the fabric you can use is endless! I went for a less elegant Christmas stocking by using more fun fabrics, rather then super fancy fabric. The inside of the stocking is completely lined as well, and the back is a solid piece of fabric, but I could have also quilted the back as well. These took about an hour to put together, super quick! There was even time to make her dog a little stocking, although that was a little tough since it is so small. I also embroidered the cuff myself as well.
Once again if you have any questions, or would like your own quilted stocking message, comment, or shoot me an email!
Happy Crafting and until next time!

Helping make bath time more fun
Earlier in the summer my mom and I decided to get a new sewing machine. After about five minutes of thinking we decided if we were going to spend the money it needed to do more then just well sew. Finally we ended up getting an embroidery machine, and it was the best decision ever! The first couple days or so were rough trying to get aquatinted with our new machine, but after many long days we finally got it.
We have now started a new side business making hooded children's towels, we can totally customize for adults too ;) . They are super adorable one of a kind designs that you can't get in stores.
On the left we have our snowman, ice princess, ice queen, glass slipper princess, Mr and Mrs Mouse, one eyed minion, and Sharky! Any of these are customizable by adding a name, or embellishment. The towel colors are also not set in stone either!

This is our "ice queen" towel with a name embroidered on the back. She is probably the least fun to make because well we have had more orders for her then any other towel! Berth (our embroidery machine) hates doing her eyes for some reason. My mom and I cringe every time the machine gets to her eyes , its probably very funny to watch.
All of the characters are so fun to make, and its even cooler when we get pictures from clients showing how happy their children were with them! Feel free to message, comment, or email me if you are interested in ordering any! Our digitizer is always coming out with new designs! Here are ones that we have made.

I hope you enjoyed reading about how most of my days are spent crafting with my mom! Stay tuned for my cute christmas stockings that i'm making! Until then have a wonderful day and happy crafting!
